Job Summary
Lead the gross-to-net strategy for US portfolio, integrating pricing, contracting, and rebate dynamics into an enterprise view of net sales performance; guide contract and pricing analysis and recommendations; understand US policy, payer, provider dynamics, and translate external signals into financial implications and scenarios; frame GTN/portfolio issues into clear trade-offs with senior leadership; leverage automation and AI to standardize outputs and improve decision frameworks; coach a high-performing team and ensure strong governance while evolving finance capabilities for a changing US market.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA and 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical finance, market access, pricing, contracting, or analytics experience
- Proven finance leadership with ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across a matrix
- Experience with gross-to-net and US market access, including policy, legislative, payer, provider, and competitive dynamics
- Strategic and analytical capability, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision-oriented problem solving
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive action
- Understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and governance
- Demonstrated ability to simplify processes, standardize outputs, and improve decision support at scale
- Experience developing others through feedback, stretch work, and knowledge sharing
- Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and align stakeholders on outcomes
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to change, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
