Job Summary
Partner with Vehicle Line Directors and Product Development leaders to deliver Ford's forward-model BEVs and achieve vehicle profitability targets through material cost and investment target setting. Lead a team of Finance Managers, Supervisors, and Analysts to execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across all aspects of the new Ford UEV. Guide teams through profitability delivery at Product Development gateways while serving as the strategic Finance voice to shape program decisions. Collaborate effectively across all functions to influence business partnerships and solve non-traditional problems in a dynamic environment.
