Job Summary
Direct and develop finance and accounting teams at an aerospace manufacturing site; lead financial strategy, FP&A, forecasting, planning/budget processes, and internal controls while partnering with site leadership to optimize strategic, financial, and operational objectives; oversee audits (DCAA/DCMA/FACTS), disclosures, and cross-functional financial analyses to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields of study
- 10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Government Defense, or related industries
- 5 years of direct management experience of finance and accounting department
- Able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements
