Job Summary
Director of Finance to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across Veterinary United's multi-entity organization; partner with the CFO and executive leadership to deliver accurate financial packages, ongoing close processes, and strategic planning, including acquisitions and integration; manage relationships with practice managers, external auditors, and tax advisors; oversee US GAAP compliance (ASC 805/606), ERP (Sage Intacct) and FP&A tooling, and translate complex financial projections into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders; contribute to growth and capital allocation decisions in a people-first, mission-led veterinary group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics or a related field (required)
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred
- CPA, CFA, CMA, CFP, FRM or relevant professional certification preferred
