Job Summary
Finance Director role leading UK-based financial strategy for a multi-award-winning, family-run B Corp. Responsibilities include strategic leadership of finance and IT teams, steering major transformation programmes (ERP implementation), and guiding investment decisions, cash flow, funding, profitability, and growth opportunities. The role partners with the Board and Executive Team, shapes the financial foundations, governance and risk framework, and drives performance analyses, pricing strategy, working capital efficiency, and capability-building across a high-growth FMCG environment. Key skills include strategic financial planning, commercial insight, stakeholder management, leadership of finance teams, data governance, and system improvement (ERP, BI reporting). Required Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Finance Director or senior finance leadership level in a £100m+ turnover organisation
- Strong FMCG experience essential, ideally in branded or fresh food categories
- Experience in strategic financial planning and commercial decision support
- Experience of supporting high-growth businesses desirable
