Finance Director

Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities, locations, and profit centers. Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial statements, P&Ls, balance sheets, and accounting controls while managing core functions including AP, AR, billing, and billing accuracy. Partner with ownership and operational leaders to support decision-making and manage relationships with outside accounting, tax, banking, HR, and other financial partners. Lead and develop the accounting team to improve processes, reporting, controls, and efficiency. This hands-on leadership role works directly with ownership across the client's transportation, warehousing, and logistics organization in Buffalo, NY.
