Job Summary
Prepare grant drawdown packets and cut manual checks while tracking financial assistance in Salesforce and managing Intacct uploads. Develop annual budgets using Martus software, conduct monthly analyses, and generate reports to support organizational decision-making. Lead reconciliation processes for agency expenses, revenues, and credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with federal grant guidelines. Act as the primary liaison with banking partners, optimize liquidity, and maintain vendor relationships. Lead annual audits, including Form-990 preparation, and create Standard Operating Procedures for financial tasks. Monitor daily cash positions, employee time tracking, and collaborate with the Development Team on donation deposits. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Located in an office setting requiring 8 hours of sitting/standing.
