Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA or CA preferred)
- Strong understanding of banking, financial data analysis, and financial project management
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Suite (Dynamics AX & Power BI) is a plus
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred
- Understanding of US GAAP standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices
