Job Summary
Lead financial planning, full product line P&L support, and investment analysis for SEF's global portfolio. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive profitable growth through cost-out governance, business case evaluations, and scenario modeling. Develop KPIs and decision support for SG&A and CAPEX planning while managing the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan forecasts. Build organizational capability and future team leadership within a matrixed, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related degree
- 10+ years of relevant financial work experience, with a focus on product development and engineering strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop and maintain financial models
- Experience in strategic planning and execution along with critical thinking, strong analytic and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and process improvement capabilities
- Strong cross functional leadership skills and experience catalyzing change in a matrixed, international environment
- High business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional and business leaders
- Passion for change and doing things in new ways
- The ability to quickly assess the operational efficiency of a functional group or process and prioritize improvement processes
