Finance Director

Ensure financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements while serving as the primary contact for internal and external auditors. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, review budgets and forecasts, and analyze complex transactions to prepare consolidated financial statements and management discussion and analysis. Coordinate U.S. and Canadian tax compliance with external advisors, manage audit activities, and support financial assurance and risk management programs. Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance to support business decisions. Requires CPA designation, 10+ years of experience in a publicly traded company, and mining industry background. Full-time role in Utah with competitive compensation.
