Job Summary
Finance Director for IDEMIA’s IST sub-region focusing on financial integrity and compliance across the Middle East and Asia. Leads regional finance teams, oversees financial activities including statutory and management reporting, treasury, tax strategy, budgeting and forecasting, and controls. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support growth, advises on regulatory impacts, supports functions such as Legal, HR, IT, Insurance and M&A, contributes to due diligence for acquisitions, drives continuous improvement and ERP implementation, and develops the regional finance team to deliver autonomous financial leadership in a complex, multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with regional exposure
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and treasury management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-border teams
- Experience in ERP implementation and transformation projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
