Finance Director

Finance Director responsible for strategic financial leadership, influencing decision-making, investor reporting, and governance. Build and manage a high-calibre finance team, develop financial models, KPIs, and forward-looking forecasts to support Series-A fundraising and scale the business. Drive financial controls in a rapidly growing startup, oversee company secretarial and HMRC filings, and provide insights to the board. Collaborate with CEO and leadership to translate numbers into actionable business strategy, with strong Excel and data processing skills, and a focus on process and accountability. May work from home a couple of days a week; London office available for in-person collaboration.
