FINANCE DIRECTOR

Job Summary
Finance Director leads financial operations, ensuring ASPE and NPO compliance, and prepares forecasted, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board. Responsible for compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory obligations; leading and supervising financial and accounting teams; defining objectives; developing talent with succession planning; managing the annual budget process; evaluating financial impacts of business objectives; maintaining relationships with the Board, stakeholders, and external partners; and coordinating with LCI Education and corporate services. Requires CPA designation, Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance, significant national-context financial management experience, proficiency in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Significant experience in financial management in a national context
- Proficiency in ASPE and NPO standards (an asset)
- Fluency in French (oral and written)
- Proficiency in English at a professional level (oral and written)
