Job Summary
Director of Finance role accountable for leading financial operations, ensuring ASPE/NPO compliance, delivering forecasted and annual financial reports, presenting results to the Board, managing budget processes, developing financial talent, and maintaining strong internal controls and regulatory compliance. Requires CPA designation, bilingual English/French proficiency, and extensive national-level financial management experience. The position is a permanent full-time senior leadership role based in Montréal, QC, with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- CPA designation required
- Significant experience in financial management in a national context
- Proven experience in managing teams and improving financial processes
- Proficiency in ASPE and NPO standards (an asset)
- Fluency in French (oral and written)
- Proficiency in English at a professional level (oral and written)
