Job Summary
Lead the integrated development of category strategies and financial objectives for the Italian & Frozen portfolio, owning the end-to-end P&L and driving strong business performance through high-quality decision support. Manage annual financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting while delivering strategic insights that inform operating plans and financial projections. Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to mitigate performance gaps, optimize gross margins, and lead capital investment analysis for key business initiatives. Provide full visibility into category risks and opportunities through variance analysis and monthly performance reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior category leadership on cross-functional decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of finance, financial planning, or business analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Highly motivated leader with a demonstrated track record of driving business results
- Experience operating effectively in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical capability paired with sound judgment and effective problem solving
- Ability to build strong, credible business partnerships across functions and levels
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or other advanced business or finance credential preferred
- Consumer packaged goods experience, including brand or category finance experience, preferred
