Finance Director-Hospitality

Establish the finance department from the ground up by developing policies, procedures, and systems. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing finance team while implementing financial software to streamline operations. Oversee all financial aspects of pre-opening activities for new properties, including developing detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a CPA, and possess proven experience as a Finance Director in the hospitality and real estate sectors. This pivotal role is instrumental in setting up the finance function for our client's Dubai-based hospitality firm.
