Job Summary
Oversee financial operations, strategy, and compliance while managing teams across accounting, tax, treasury, and business controlling. Lead general accounting, tax reporting, and external audits; certify AR/AP compliance; and optimize cash flow through banking relationships and treasury analysis. Drive cost control, margin optimization, and stock management while supporting budget targets and three-year strategic planning. Partner with commercial leadership on business analysis, risk anticipation, and P&L insights. Manage legal matters, supplier contracts, and internal controls to enforce local regulations. Supervise IT infrastructure, security, and hardware procurement. Act as a decision-making partner for strategic projects including store openings, operational changes, and business model evolution.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 10 years' experience in an organized accounting / finance department
- Multinational environment experience
- Multinational Group reporting in IFRS
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian Chart of Accounts
- Fiscal and administrative processes in Brazil
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Experience with financial planning and scenario analysis
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
