Job Summary
Finance Director: Group Reporting & Control leads multi-entity financial reporting, governance, and compliance for Zutari. Responsible for group reporting integrity, IFRS compliance, budgeting/forecasting, and financial governance across entities, while advising on treasury, liquidity, and capital considerations. Partners with executive leadership to provide clear financial insight for strategic decisions, perform group consolidations, and deliver timely board/committee reporting. Drives continuous improvement in controls, reporting quality, and finance processes; engages with senior stakeholders including boards and governance forums; oversees month-/quarter-/year-end close and intercompany accounting across jurisdictions. Strong leadership across finance functions, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and risk management in a large, multinational-style environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
- CA, CPA, CGMA, FCCA
- Chartered Accountant
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in finance, business, strategy, or leadership
- 15 years’ progressive finance and accounting experience with substantial senior leadership exposure
- Strong experience across group financial reporting, consolidations, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and performance analysis
- Significant experience in supporting and managing board, audit committee, and governance-related finance matters
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and applicable statutory reporting requirements
- Experience in large corporate, multinational, or similarly complex organisational environments
