Job Summary
Lead financial strategy and operations for the company's F&B entity, ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth within the hospitality sector. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, yield management, and cost control while managing large multi-property operational budgets and CapEx projects. Direct subordinate staff to organize accounting records, ensure correct entries, and prepare annual accounts, balance sheets, and revenue summaries for senior management and relevant authorities. Implement systems and regulations related to financial affairs, monitor expenditure movements, and develop frameworks to measure plan achievement. Requires 15+ years in finance management, proven CFO experience, and CMA/CPA certification.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in finance management
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Area Director of Finance
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, yield/revenue management, and cost control within a hospitality context
- Experience managing large, multi-property operational budgets and CapEx projects
- CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification
- Financial reporting and statement preparation
- Budget design, development, and monitoring
- Preparation of annual accounts and financial statements
