Finance Director

Finance Director to partner with the CEO and leadership, shaping strategy and delivering financial planning, forecasting, and performance insight. Drive data-led decision-making, build and develop a high-performing finance team, and improve systems, processes, and controls to support growth and profitability. Lead external stakeholder relationships (auditors, banks, advisers) and oversee budgeting, audit, tax, payroll, and compliance. Requires established Finance Director or strong Head of Finance experience, with a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and a track record in transforming finance functions and reporting.
