Job Summary
Finance Director will oversee the financial operations of an outpatient behavioral health provider, collaborating with leadership to develop strategies, budgets, and compliant financial processes. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, monitoring cash flow and capital expenditures, developing and managing budgets, driving growth and profitability through financial strategies, leading the financial reporting and auditing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing financial controls, and guiding strategic decision-making with financial insights. The role requires leadership of the finance team, partnership with internal departments, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). The position emphasizes a senior-level finance leadership capacity with multi-site healthcare/behavioral health experience and a graduate degree (CPA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA (preferred, not required)
- 5+ years exempt-level Accounting experience within a Multi-Site Behavioral Health or Healthcare setting.
- 10+ years of demonstrable experience as a Financial Director, Chief Financial Officer, or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
