Finance Director Americas

Owns regional financial performance for the Americas including P&L and balance sheet accountability, forecasting, and delivery of earnings, cash, and working capital targets. Leads finance business partnering across Operations and Commercial, driving performance against productivity, cost, margin, and mix targets through clear operating rhythms and accountability. Serves as a key finance advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team, providing challenge and insight on strategic decisions including pricing, footprint, investments, and restructuring. Leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including scenario planning, risk management, and performance tracking across the region. Leads and develops the Americas finance team, building capability across FP&A, controllership, and plant finance, and strengthening financial processes and governance. Requires Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) or MBA preferred; proven regional or segment finance leadership with sizeable P&Ls; experience in balance sheet ownership, audit processes, and financial controls across multiple entities/countries.
