Job Summary
Finance Director overseeing regional finance and accounting functions, including monthly close, financial reporting under GAAP, budgeting/forecasting, and statutory audits. Leads accounting policies, GL and cost-center structures, internal controls, and risk management. Partners with CEO and cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Commercial & Operations) to provide data-driven insights, develop and implement financial policies, and drive regional performance. Requires CPA with degree in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years in finance/accounting (Big Four experience a plus), NetSuite proficiency, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting/Finance with a CPA
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance, full sets of accounting, budgeting/forecast, tax matters, and internal control principles
- Ability to analyze financial data & prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Prior experience in preparing financial forecasts and consolidated accounts from multiple countries
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
