Job Summary
The Finance Digital Lead is responsible for driving digital transformation within the finance department by leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance financial processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing the digital transformation strategy, implementing technologies to improve financial operations, leading the integration of finance systems, and overseeing finance data analytics and reporting. Candidates should have proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, strong understanding of finance systems and automation tools, and excellent change management and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives within a finance function
- Solid knowledge of finance data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making
- Proven ability to manage digital or finance-related projects end to end
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of finance systems, including ERP platforms, financial software, and automation tools
- Experience improving financial processes through automation, RPA, and digital technologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Finance, IT, and senior leadership
