Job Summary
Own and maintain accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting for OPEX data insights. Act as the global Subject Matter Expert to drive continuous improvements to financial data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Partner with Finance BI, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, develop effective business process controls, and implement Standard Operating Procedures. Provide trusted financial insights to the global finance community while ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls. Support cross-functional projects involving financial reporting, analytics, and process improvements within a global, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Finance Data Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic understanding of IFRS reporting standards
- Experience working within project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Desired Qualifications
- VBA knowledge
- Experience with Management Reporting, KPI development, and financial analytics
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP BW data models
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud
