Job Summary
Finance Data & BI Technical Lead to own end-to-end data solutions for the Finance domain, driving design and delivery of data pipelines, data models/marts, and dashboards. Lead the BI delivery team, serve as the technical authority for Finance data products built on Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI, ensure alignment with governance and architecture standards, mentor delivery teams, collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, contribute hands-on when needed, and advance Agile delivery and CI/CD practices. Requires a degree in computer science or equivalent, 6+ years in data engineering/BI with 3+ years in a lead role, strong Azure Snowflake/DBT/Power BI experience, finance domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in data engineering / BI
- 3+ years in a Lead role
- Strong experience with Azure data ecosystem
- Snowflake
- DBT
- Azure Data Factory
- Power BI (incl. DAX)
- SQL
- Strong data modelling skills
- Finance domain knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to manage and coordinate internal and external delivery teams
- Fluent English
