Job Summary
Finance Data & BI Developer responsible for designing, building and maintaining end-to-end data and BI solutions within the Finance domain using Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI. Responsibilities include implementing data pipelines, data marts, and reporting/visualization aligned with data governance and best practices; applying Agile methodologies and CI/CD to streamline development; owning assigned activities and contributing to continuous improvement of the SGS Data & BI Framework. Requires 4+ years of experience in cloud BI solutions, strong SQL and data modeling skills (dimensional modeling, OLAP), knowledge of ERP/EPM/financial data sources, fluent English (and Spanish), and ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Masters or PhD preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience developing and supporting complex cloud BI solutions
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI
- Proficient in SQL; experience with DAX
- Experience in data modeling (dimensional modeling, OLAP) and data warehouses/data marts
- Experience working with ERP/EPM and financial data sources
- Ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions; excellent user experience focus
- Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in Spanish
- Ability to travel based on project requirements
