Job Summary
Finance Customer Service Representative in Liverpool (hybrid, in-person in-office 3+ days a week). You’ll work in Acorn Insurance’s inbound contact centre handling policy queries and changes, resolving complaints, delivering high-quality service, and hitting KPIs. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, attention to detail, and turning customer interactions into positive outcomes. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, support customers over phone and webchat, and participate in a rotating shift pattern.
