Finance Cost Productivity Leader

Job Summary
Finance Cost Productivity Leader responsible for setting up process, tools and governance to manage regional cost, leading cross-functional teams, defining cost review processes, creating sustainable analysis and insights, and driving action plans to help the business meet financial commitments. Partner with functions to establish reporting tools, KPIs, dashboards, and governance; own cost productivity planning frameworks and review rhythms; support planning discussions, budgeting, contractor costs, and other productivity initiatives; translate cost actions into upstream P&L impact; identify and scale cost productivity projects; apply lean/continuous improvement to simplify processes; work across matrixed, multi-country teams; communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of financial work experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience managing or partnering with a multi-functional finance organization
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, controllership, financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
- Experience working in a matrixed and multicultural environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business issues clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across levels, functions, and regions
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Fluency in English and any required local language
- Knowledge of GE HealthCare financial and commercial operating systems
- Training or certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience managing teams distributed across multiple countries
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute clear action plans
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize under pressure, and support dynamic daily management systems
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work through ambiguity and changing business priorities
- Experience with SaaS and digital products
- Exposure to gemba walks and frontline operating rhythms
