Job Summary
Finance Coordinator to support budgeting, planning, and reporting across the organization. Collaborate with department leaders and Procurement to ensure effective budget control, financial compliance, and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end budget and investment approvals, preparing and monitoring departmental budgets, tracking approvals, generating weekly/monthly budget utilization reports, ensuring expenditures stay within approved limits, supporting audits, and partnering with stakeholders to develop quarterly forecasts. Requires strong budgeting/financial analysis experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification (completed or in progress) is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, management accounting, or a similar finance role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and reporting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management
- High level of integrity, accountability, and process discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
