Job Summary
Build controlling from the ground up by establishing KPI scorecards, single sources of truth, and rolling forecasts with scenarios. Manage liquidity through 13-week cash planning and international production pre-financing while identifying fast-movers and calculating contribution margins per item. Oversee procurement and supply chain by monitoring ERP purchases, negotiating supplier terms, and creating landed cost and make-or-buy analyses. Drive special projects including new product lines and investment decisions with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. Report directly to the management board with full autonomy to shape all commercial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung (BWL, Finance, Controlling) oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Controlling-/Finance-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce oder Handel mit physischen Gütern
- Sehr stark in Zahlen und Analyse
- Sicherheit in Excel/Google Sheets
- Sicherheit in einem BI-Tool (Power BI oder Looker Studio)
- Erfahrung mit Forecast
- Erfahrung mit Liquiditätsplanung
- Erfahrung mit Deckungsbeitrags-/Margenrechnung
- Erfahrung mit Bestandsdaten
- Die Fähigkeit, kaufmännische Projekte eigenständig zu treiben
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Pragmatismus
