Job Summary
Analyze and communicate financial results for projects ranging from $1 million to $400 million to upper-level management. Establish trust with operations teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure cohesive communication across project and home office departments. Review cash flows, contract terms, and change orders for financial risks, while substantiating and reconciling all monthly and annual financial reports. Utilize data and tools for risk analysis and benchmarking, escalating specific issues as needed. Create an inviting workplace that motivates team members through career development and performance reviews. Located in Covington, LA, this senior role requires 10+ years of financial analysis experience in construction or utility industries.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience in the construction or utility industry
- Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
- Travel and/or relocation will be required for this position
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
- Perform work safely and effectively
- Work during normal operating hours
- Work overtime and weekends as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or an equivalent degree preferred
