Finance Controller

Lead and own the monthly financial close process, manage journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, and oversee WIP schedules, deferred revenue, and project accounting. Develop internal accounting processes and controls while ensuring accurate job costing and project profitability reporting. Partner with operations to improve financial visibility across active projects and lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Support cash management, billing, collections, and financial analysis while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership and partner directly with operations to drive profitability. Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools to improve efficiency. Assist with audits and year-end financial reporting.
