Finance Controller

Manage accounting for German and Swiss branches in accordance with the company's Code of Practice, implementing internal controls and tracking monthly results with department heads. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and income/expense forecasts while controlling purchase and nominal ledgers, payroll journals, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely payroll processing for Germany and Switzerland, review expense claims for policy compliance, and monitor accounts receivable. Provide information to tax advisors and prepare commission statements for sales staff. Minimize work duplication and achieve savings without compromising information quality. Coordinate with internal finance teams, external consultants, banks, and the European Head of Finance.
