Job Summary
Oversee monthly financial closing, reporting, and balance sheet hygiene for IPDO plants, ensuring accurate provisioning and compliance with IFRS & IGAAP. Drive MIS, budgeting, and forecasting with actionable insights on cost and performance, while managing annual and capex budgets through proposal evaluation and spend optimization. Ensure adherence to statutory, SOX, and audit requirements, including closure of audit observations and strengthening internal controls. Lead process automation and cost optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and support R&D operations. Requires 6+ years of experience with ACCA/CPA/CA certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
