Job Summary
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with USGAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements. Manage local statutory audits, tax filings, transfer pricing, and overall regulatory compliances for foreign subsidiaries. Analyze financial data to present accurate, timely reports while establishing relationships with stakeholders to guide decision-making. Support tax experts on litigation and assessment cases, exercising independent judgment within defined policies. Requires Chartered Accountant or CPA (US mandatory) with 4+ years of controller experience. Full-time, no shift premium. HP Inc.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant from India
- Certified Public Accountant, US
- 4+ years of experience as a Finance Controller
- 4+ years of experience as a Statutory Auditor
- Experience from Big 4
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/USGAAP)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Good business acumen
- Relocation
