Finance Contracts Analyst

Job Summary
Review and analyze customer contracts, amendments, and pricing arrangements to ensure billing and revenue accuracy. Prepare and reconcile billing data, subscription activity, and supporting documentation for monthly processes. Validate rates, discounts, and terms across complex structures while identifying variances and collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve disputes. Support credit and adjustment requests through detailed reconciliations aligned with established policies. Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Requires 2-5 years of experience in billing or financial analysis, proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools like Tableau and JIRA, and AI fluency including M365 Copilot. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in billing, financial analysis, subscription management, or similar fields
- Strong computer ability in a Windows environment, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work with large volumes of complex data across multiple systems (i.e. Tableau, JIRA, and Excel Reporting)
- AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
