Finance & Commercial Operations Manager (USA - Remote)

Finance & Commercial Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end accounting operations for the US entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely closings, and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements. You will support the sales team by developing pricing strategies, reviewing commercial proposals, and ensuring contracts align with financial and company guidelines. On a daily basis, you will oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial controls while coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders. You will analyze profitability, review margins, and contribute to deal structuring to support business growth. You will operate as a key finance partner to cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently in a global, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your performance will be measured through KPIs such as accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, effectiveness in supporting sales and deal execution, compliance adherence, and efficiency of accounting operations.
