Job Summary
Prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and support operations across Financial Planning & Analysis, Plant Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations functions. Perform account reconciliations, ensure tax law compliance, manage costing methods, and drive planning and profitability reporting. Communicate financial results to leadership through mentoring and cross-functional development within a 24-month rotational program. The program includes three 8-month rotations at Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio, and various manufacturing plants across the United States. Candidates must relocate within the U.S. and hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics with a GPA of 2.8 or above.
