Job Summary
Finance Clerk role in Vienna, Austria, joining a young, dynamic team to support day-to-day financial operations of multiple properties. Responsibilities include auditing and reconciling revenues posted via PMS, processing invoices, generating monthly payment runs, assisting with audits, reconciling cash and bank transactions, maintaining accounts receivable, liaising with hotels and suppliers, and assisting in month-end reporting (P&L and balance sheet). Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, fluent English and German at B2 level, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. Flexible working hours with hybrid remote options and a competitive benefits package are offered. The gross monthly salary is listed at EUR 2263,00, with actual salary based on skills and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- English fluently spoken and written
- German at B2 level
- Basic understanding of accounting processes
- Solid knowledge of Austrian tax regulations and accounting principles beneficial
- Experience with SAP an advantage (training provided)
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills
