Job Summary
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor, delivering commercial analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations to drive informed choices. Build strong stakeholder relationships while developing and mentoring team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure robust financial governance through oversight, risk management, and compliance expertise. This role offers broad exposure to key finance activities tailored to individual strengths within the Business Partnering Team at PwC, emphasizing value-added financial insight and support across diverse business units.
Required Qualifications
- Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or international equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting expertise
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards
- Commercially focused with a strong understanding of business performance, financial drivers and strategic decision-making
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Proactive and results-driven, demonstrating initiative, accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement
