Job Summary

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities while partnering with business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive performance and strategic decision-making. Deliver commercial analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations to support informed choices, ensuring robust financial governance through oversight, risk management, and compliance expertise. Build strong stakeholder relationships with Finance Directors and business leaders while coaching and mentoring team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. This role offers broad exposure to key finance activities tailored to individual strengths within a collaborative environment focused on delivering value-added financial insight.

Required Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or international equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting expertise
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of business performance, financial drivers and strategic decision-making
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
  • Proactive and results-driven, demonstrating initiative, accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Technology-enabled mindset with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Passion for using digital tools to drive efficiency, insight and business improvement
