Job Summary
Finance Business Partnering Manager role based in Bangkok, relocation provided. Responsibilities include developing and delivering executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership; owning parts of forecasts; collaborating with senior partners across departments; partnering with Booking Holdings and other brands to drive strategy; contributing to business cases related to Agoda’s strategic priorities; and supporting the team with analyses and reporting packs. Key skills and experience sought include 8+ years in analytically focused finance roles, strong financial modeling, ability to communicate clearly, and ideally CFA/ACA/CIMA and SQL experience. The position emphasizes a diverse, international finance team and impactful cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of total experience in analytically focused role with strong commercial creativity and financial skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business-related or quantitative subject
- Intellectually strong and curious with strategic thinking
- Excellent analytical/numerical skills with attention to detail
- Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of financial concepts
- Good communication skills
