Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst FP&A will act as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating with operations and finance to provide insights and facilitate decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, providing proactive recommendations, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and preparing management review decks. The role requires strong business partnering skills, expertise in financial analysis, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in finance/accounting and 8-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in MNC finance shared services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting related fields, preferably in MNC’s Captive Finance Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers
- Prior experience in Working with Pharma companies preferred
- A working knowledge of the wide-ranging aspects of finance such as FP&A, Accounting, Integrated Supply Chain & Costing
- Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
Desired Qualifications
- CA/ICWAI/CPA/MBA Finance from reputed universities
- Six Sigma or Lean training preferred
