Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders across the business to provide insight and challenge that supports decision-making. Own financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities while ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and meaningful. Analyze cost performance, explain key trends and drivers, and provide recommendations that align with business goals. Collaborate with finance colleagues to improve reporting standards, share best practice, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a commercial mindset and the ability to turn complex data into clear financial insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, management reporting or a similar finance role
- Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences
- A professional finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, or working towards one
