Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner needed to join a growing, values-driven food/farming business in Truro, Cornwall. You will support regular financial reporting, month-end processes, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis; challenge and inform business decisions with data-driven insights; drive accountability for financial performance across business units; collaborate with Sales for demand forecasting; analyse product, customer, and channel profitability to identify opportunities to increase margins; lead financial evaluation of new opportunities and support with trade plans; partner with operational teams to improve profitability while enabling growth; perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision making; and develop capability and leadership within the team. Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills are required. There may be an opportunity to work from home; the role is office-based in Truro, with hybrid options.
