Job Summary
Finance Business Partner working with SHV Energy’s COO to drive performance improvement and enable superior financial outcomes. Leads advanced financial analysis, scenario-based recommendations, and KPI development; partners with business-unit leadership to shape strategy, forecasts, and transformation initiatives; conducts monthly performance reviews and ensures disciplined performance management to support resilient decision-making. Requires a Master’s degree in finance (or equivalent), 10+ years of finance/M&A/strategy experience, strong stakeholder influence, and hybrid work arrangement in Hoofddorp. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, benchmarking, governance of reporting standards, and AI enablement in FP&A to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in finance or related field
- 10+ years experience in Finance, M&A or Strategy
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
