Job Summary
Finance Business Partner responsible for high-level financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision-support to drive business objectives. Acts as a consultant to business leaders, providing inputs, scenario modeling, and strategic direction; collaborates with unit managers to drive long-term planning, prepares monthly performance reports for executive committees, monitors performance against budgets/forecasts, ensures timely and reliable financial information, and supports evaluation of new products and strategic investments. Requires IFRS knowledge, advanced financial modeling, and proficiency with ERP/BI tools (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP BPC) and strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as Finance Business Partner, Controller, or in a similar role with managerial responsibilities
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field and/or financial analysis certifications (FMVA, CFA, ACCA, etc.) will be considered an asset
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, including IFRS reporting standards, and strong presentation skills
- Strong financial modeling skills, including ability to prepare cash flow statements from P&L and balance sheet, and to project the balance sheet and cash flow based on forecast P&L assumptions
- Experience with complex ERP, BI, MIS, data analysis, and reporting tools; Dynamics 365 F&O and/or SAP BPC experience is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across different levels of the organization
