Job Summary
Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight and decision support to the Chief Underwriting & Transformation Office (CUTO), partnering with Executive and General Managers to strengthen planning, performance and reporting across the portfolio; lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting; deliver accurate monthly performance insights; develop scenario modelling, dashboards and KPIs; drive automation and standardisation across finance processes; support the Technology Finance Partnering function with key processes and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (CA/CPA/CIMA preferred)
- Experience in finance business partnering or FP&A
- Strong analytical, technical and financial modelling capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
