Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner role at EIT involves providing financial leadership and support to operational teams, ensuring that operational plans are accurately costed, forecasted, and aligned with organizational goals. The position requires a qualified accountant with relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial colleagues. Key responsibilities include leading the month-end management accounts process, preparing budgets, and creating insightful reporting for senior stakeholders. Proficiency in financial reporting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic foundation
- A Finance Business Partner who can demonstrate progressive, relevant experience and continued career growth
- An excellent communicator who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders with confidence, fairness and integrity
- Comfortable preparing and presenting management information with clarity and impact
- Results‐oriented, with a track record of delivering meaningful business improvements
- Strong numerical capability
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- A proactive self‐starter who is highly organised, detail‐focused and accurate
- Ability to use initiative when addressing unstructured or ad hoc issues
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preparing financial and performance reports, with an understanding of MI reporting
- Experience with ERP, planning and reporting platforms; experience with Oracle Fusion is beneficial
- Knowledge of management accounting methodologies

- Willingness to travel as necessary
